Filter housing for hydraulic filters

We offer a wide assortment of Hydraulic and lubrication oil filters with the purpose of removing waste particles and water from oil. We also offer fillter housing, from high capacity housing to high pressure housing. Our filter housings are tested and produced following strict industrial norms.

 

Filter housing - customized solution

We gladly help you optimize the filter housing for your process environment. Our filter housing is therefore dimensioned to find the right proportion between operating time and operational costs. Using Remote Filtration® technology, we can let you know exactly when your filter candles are functioning properly and when they are in need of replacement.


What problem is solved?

Waste particles and water is removed from oil, and contamination in the air that enters the system through the oil reservoir is removed.

  • Druk tot 650 bar
  • Duplex systemen mogelijk zodat proces niet stilgelegd hoeft te worden tijdens het vervangen van de filters.
  • Mobiele units beschikbaar
  • Voorzien van visuele en/of elektrische indicatoren

  • Verwijderen van vuil en water uit hydrauliek systemen
  • Verwijderen van vuil en water uit smeerolie systemen

Aan de hand van de procesgegevens wordt het materiaal met wellicht een coating of oppervlaktebehandeling gekozen.
De volgende materialen zijn onder andere gebruikt voor onze filterhuizen:

  • Carbon Steel
  • RVS 304/316
  • Duplex
  • Super Duplex
  • SMO 254

  • Druk tot 650 bar.
  • Engineering volgens EN13445, ASME Section VIII, rekening houdend met ATEX, PED 2014/68/EU.
  • Op aanvraag compleet voorzien van drukmeters, kleppen en andere appendages.
  • Ook geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij procesgegevens limiterend kunnen zijn. (hoge druk, hoge temperatuur, corrosieve omgevingen, etc.)
